The manufacturing facility of the Indian subsidiary is located at Murbad near Mumbai and the registered office at downtown Mumbai. The plant is spread in 10 acres and includes a state of the art manufacturing facility.

Introduction of Fracasso S.p.A., Italy

Brief History : Set up by Mr. Oreste and Mr. Iginio, the company started its operations as an artisan firm in the middle of 1940s and soon began bulk production of metal scaffolding in the year 1950. With the passing years, Fracasso became active in the manufacturing of formworks for cement. Later, it also got engaged in the study and manufacturing of road safety barriers, mains pipes, breast walls, and soundproof panels. In 1980s, the company introduced new concepts of energy absorption in order to adapt the characteristics and performances of road barriers, according to the new traffic conditions. In the following years, the company also developed steel road safety barriers for both small cars and heavy vehicles.

The firm is aimed to attain complete customer satisfaction by offering premium quality products and services. Thus, it provides all inclusive solutions for the products.

Production Processes:

Cutting, drilling & bending processes on presses; equipped with automatic feeder. Profiling processes, Rolling and Welding processes using latest methods. The technology used by the company for every component guarantees optimum product efficiency and quality.

Production Line:

Metalmeccanica Fracasso India Pvt. Ltd. . is empowered with number of profiling lines, which comprises drilling, bending, cutting, and other facilities.

Protective Lining:

Each and every semi-finished carbon steel product is protected against corrosion by a hot galvanization finish as per the IS 2629 / EN 1461 regulations. Furthermore, activities like production, packaging, control, and shipping are executed as per the company's specifications and our laid down procedures.
